We have a copy of John Coe Pigott's will dated 14 October 1801, shortly before he died. The main beneficiary is his mother, Hannah Pigott, widow, but there were cash legacies for his friends/relatives eg William Cole of Gosport, Hants, Rev George Griffenhouse of Trinity College Oxford (varsity friend of John CP?), William Pigott Shuckburgh of Goldhanger, etc.
